Behaving Beavers
By Reagan
Beavers have a flat tale. They live in habitats with rivers, streams, and lakes. Who attacks the beaver? Well, of course, bears and cougars. This herbivore eats bark, twigs, leaves, and many more foods. My animal defends itself by hearing, smelling and its teeth help it too. They build their lodges in the middle of lakes. They have underwater tunnels to get into their lodge. Their homes are made of stones, sticks and mud. After they are done with that, they cover it with more stones, sticks, and mud.
