Koala

            Do you know where a koala lives?  It lives on the continent of Australia.  It also lives in the eucalyptus forest.  Koalas have a reddish or gray coat and another thing about a koala is that a koala could weigh about 30 pounds.  A koala eats leaves from the eucalyptus trees but it also eats dirt and stones.  The koala’s predators are wild dogs, large birds, and even giant lizards.  My animal defends itself from its predators by making a saw cutting sound to scare his predators.  Another thing is that he could camouflage that his predators could not see him.  I also have interesting fact about a koala is that he has six powerful feet to climb on trees to get away from his predators.  Did you ever see a koala in the woods before?
