River Otter

A river otter is a very cool animal.  It has brown, thick fur, short legs, webbed feet, and a big tail.  A river otter lives in South America, North America, Europe, Canada, and Southern U.S.A.  It eats fish, ducks, birds, and frogs.  A river otter defends itself by smacking another animal with its tail and then goes under water.  My animal is a carnivore and it could live for 21 years!  It also lives in groups and lives on land or water!  A river otter is a great animal!
