- Parents will be provided with the results of their child’s performance as directed by Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Methods will include:

- The above activities are coordinated with the school’s administration, teachers, Parental Involvement Committee, School Action Teams, School Planning Council, PTA, and parent volunteers.
|

- The Planning Council, Title I Staff, and Parental Involvement Action Team will develop the Title I Compact for Windsor Oaks Elementary School. The Compact will be distributed to all families and will require the signatures of administration, teachers, parents/guardians, and students.

- All parents can also participate in the division’s Title I Parent Review Committee. The parent involvement policy for the division can be found on VBSchools.com. Any parent suggestions will be forwarded to the Title I district office.

The effectiveness of our policy to build strong parental involvement will be measured by participation and parent feedback. The collected data will also be used to solicit suggestions for continuous improvement. The policy will be amended annually . |
